How are your products made?
Every design and piece of artwork you see in my shop is created by me, taking inspiration from the latest K-Pop groups and songs! I’m a graphic designer and K-pop fan myself, and I love creating fun designs that connect with our community ♡
Each item is made to order using DTG (direct to garment) printing, which means your item is individually printed just for you after you place your order. I work with a trusted production partner who helps print and ship everything directly to you, which means I get to focus on creating more for you guys, designing and doing what I love most!
Because everything is made to order, I’m not able to cancel or make changes once your order goes into production. But if anything ever comes up with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out! Every piece is carefully checked for quality before it heads your way.
Product Care
To keep your shirt looking its best:
- Machine wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle
- Use mild detergent and similar colors
- Tumble dry low or hang to dry
- Avoid ironing directly on the print
ORDER PROCESSING & SHIPPING
When will I get my order?
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 3–7 business days.
Once shipped, delivery can take about 3–5 business days for US orders, and 10–15 business days for international orders. (International shipping can sometimes take longer depending on customs, so we recommend allowing up to 30 business days just in case.)
Please note that once your order is in the hands of the shipping carrier, delivery time is out of our control!
I need my order before a specific date!
If you're ordering for a specific event and you're unsure about the delivery time, feel free to reach out before placing your order. We don’t offer express or expedited shipping at this time, so we recommend ordering early to make sure it arrives in time!
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
I need to change my shipping address!
Please double-check your address before checking out. If you notice a mistake after placing your order, chat with us directly or email us at support@kpoprush.com as soon as you can. We'll try to fix it before the label is created, but once it's shipped, we’re unable to make any changes.
Can I cancel or make changes to my order?
Since all items are made to order, we start processing them pretty quickly. If you need to cancel or make any changes, chat with us directly or email us right away at support@kpoprush.com. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.
TRACKING & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with your tracking number. You can use that to keep an eye on its delivery status!
RETURNS, REFUNDS & ISSUES
What is your refund, return, and exchange policy?
All sales are final. Since every product is made to order, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges. That said, if something is wrong with your order (damaged, misprinted, or incorrect item), please email us at support@kpoprush.com within 15 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Please note that we do not accept returns for size issues or delayed deliveries, so double check your selection and timeline before placing your order.
My package says delivered, but I never got it. What should I do?
Sometimes tracking can update before the package actually arrives, so it may still show up within a day or two. In the meantime, I’d recommend checking with your neighbors or local post office just in case it was misdelivered.
If it’s been more than 2–3 days since it was marked delivered and it still hasn’t shown up, feel free to message me. While I don’t have control once a package is in transit, I’ll do my best to help!
